Roncon's Villa is three bedroom, sleeping 6, with refurbished stylish interiors. This historic house originally a Victorian school hall has it's own hot tub & garden dining area. 5 mins drive to a fabulous big sandy beach & St Michael's Mounts Bay & Marazion. Two pubs that serve food in walking distance, private parking & a lovely garden. A great base to explore West Cornwall with all its amazing surfing beaches and fishing villages. Mousehole, St Ives, Penzance and Lands end all within 10 miles

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Juliet’s house. Everything was great and the lit up Christmas tree on arrival was lovely to come into. The log burner and the hot tub were fab. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Roncons Villa. The village is lovely and very friendly. Great little shop within a couple of minutes walk for all your essentials and two pubs.
More importantly the house was cosy, warm and comfy with everything we needed.
We went on a wonderful walk across the fields with the most stunning views.
Juliet was always quick to reply to any messages .
I wish we could have stayed longer.
The house was well equipped and a real home from home.
Perfect for a winter stay - we used the log burner every night which was great after a day out walking with the dogs.

Our family and dog loved our week long stay at Juliet’s wonderful cottage. Located in the lovely village of Goldsithney with two welcoming pubs, and with close proximity to Marazion, Penzance and the A30 so very easy to get around Cornwall. We appreciated the big and well stocked kitchen (especially the wine fridge), the comfortable beds, and the hot tub, which was great after a day of walking! Juliet was very helpful with instructions and suggestions for restaurants, days out etc. A great base for exploring the wilds of stunning West Cornwall.

A lovely new years break had by the whole family. The Villa was easy to find in a beautiful setting. The pubs recommended by Juliet were so lovely and welcoming. Parking was a little tight but we managed. The villa had such a lovely cosy feel to it and we made full use of the hot tub, fire and utilities giving it a homely feel. The interior and historic feel of the house made it so perfect to see in the new year. Juliet was very responsive and made instructions clear for us to have a smooth sailing get away. Hot water did diminish quickly when taking showers but this was well advised and to be expected so be sure to time showers well when staying. Location is perfect to explore the beauty of Cornwall which we definitely did. Thankyou for letting us stay in your beautiful home 😌

This was a lovely place to stay with a great open space for our group to spend time together in the house or garden. We did lots of lovely coastal walks, enjoyed the beautiful sandy beaches and had a great time at the Tate Art Gallery & Minack theatre. This provided an excellent base for our holiday and Juliet is a great host.
