ROSE COTTAGE is an idyllic Cornish Cottage set in the most wonderful country side in a river valley that runs down to the sea. The cottage is self contained and you will ahve the whole cottage to yourselves! Close by are some of the best surfing and swimming beaches in the world and the vibrant town of St Just -in-PenwithThere is a fantastic farmhouse kitchen for dining with a Rayburn stove and a comfortable living room with a log fire and sofa bed. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms and a newly fitted out bath/shower room with marble tiles. There is a patio garden with a picnic table at the front and at the back there is a storage room for your surfboards and wellies! Pets are welcome

We have private parking outside the cottage and a lovely cute cottage garden in front of the cottage. Behind the cottage is open country side leading up to the beautiful Penwith Moors which have a lake, ancient stone circle and are managed by Natural England. It is so beautiful here for walks!

The countryside around Rose Cottage is designated an official "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty" It is one of the most beautiful areas of the world, fabulous country side its amazing beaches, historic towns and sites, restaurants with wonderful food and wonderful welcoming Cornish people!

We had a great stay. Good location, with lovely dog walks right from the door. The cottage is well equipped, cozy, and feels very homely, especially with the fire in the evenings. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

If you like a private remote cottage it's the perfect get away spot to recharge your batteries and enjoy peacefull nature and beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time and definitely would recommend!

Beautiful cottage in a very peaceful location. Everything just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and cookware that we needed, and the cottage was very comfortable. Lovely walks from the cottage with fantastic sea views. The access road is very bumpy and steep in places. Juliet's instructions were extremely helpful & the welcome chocolates and fizz were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful week!

A cozy and authentic cottage in a calm area. We enjoyed the stay very much as it is surrounded by nature and very peaceful. You need to have a car to reach the beaches or any other attractions. The place is worth staying as you can feel the real spirit on the English village. The host was very welcoming, the check-in was smooth.

Credit to the cleaner too! Really spotless!
I’ve never been to such a well stocked Airbnb. Dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, toilet roll, and bins helpfully labelled. There also were cleaning supplies under the sink which helped me to just wipe round the kitchen & keep it clean throughout the week.
The cottage is down a VERY unmade road so low vehicles will struggle, we managed to get a tesco delivery to it without issue and that was a life saver for the first day.
It’s in a peaceful & quiet location, 10-15 minute drive from lands end, sennan cove and Penzance - all of which are fab locations to visit.
